As a transformation coach, I witness daily how deeply rooted blocks and old programs shape people's lives. My art is the physical continuation of this work — a haptic experience that begins where words no longer suffice.
In my works, I give shape to the invisible processes of the soul. The mirror stands at the centre — not as a symbol of vanity, but of revelation. Those who look into it find no clear, pleasing image. Instead, they encounter fragmentation, distortion and sharp fractures — a mirror of their own primal wounds. Through plaster, wire, eggshells and deliberate breaks, I make visible what we all carry within us.
My studio is a space of alchemy, where from fragility and pain, new strength and light emerge.
For me, art is not mere decoration — it is a tool of awareness.
"Urschmerz - Primal Pain" *
"primal pain" of global belief patterns — how much do you carry unconsciously?
We all carry it — from this life, from our ancestors, from wounds so deep we have long forgotten them. It remains hidden as long as we cannot see it. And it holds us back, makes easy things harder — silently, invisibly, daily. And yet it holds something beautiful we are reluctant to release. Melancholy perhaps, a familiar feeling we know — and we tend to fear the unknown, because it feels like a free fall. In reality, it is a flight into absolute freedom.

Prison of old programs
Our view of ourselves is captive. Mostly inherited — for we come into this life free of guilt.
We try to release the knots, yet even there the path is barred. The mirror is scratched, not clear. There are ropes, connections. What holds us within it is its roundness — so we don't consciously collide with it — for inherited guilt, too, is a program. Intended or not? Must we even know? Let us simply free ourselves from it…

…to heal
Old scars and wounds break open when we trace them inwardly. They then hurt consciously — no longer merely beneath the surface… We are allowed to see them. We must feel them in order to heal them. Not all are equally deep — some we have known for a long time, others only emerge when we do inner work. We are allowed to heal and release them. And we have the strength to do so. Always.

"Der Wunde Punkt - The Sore Spot"
We have many intact aspects, beautiful parts of ourselves — yet we tend to place our focus on the sore spot. Here too, looking at this painting, we see the wounded point — with its broken mirror — first. As this work emerged, I felt an unusually strong existential fear I could not place. When it was finished, I understood — it was mine. Do you know yours?

The visible and the hidden connections shape us in our daily existence.
Every connection leaves a trace. Some you see. Some you only feel when you stop — and don't know why.
Where do you recognise yourself?
In this series, I give the hidden connections of the soul a haptic form — from roots, mirrors and gold. The soul is universal.

Your moment behind your roots.
What do you discover behind your roots, family patterns, imposed entanglements and windings? Who or what stands behind them — pure, innocent, free. Yes, it takes focus to rediscover ourselves. Sometimes it comes easily. Sometimes it takes a little more. When we truly want it, we find ourselves again — our pure being. As we actually are, without external influences, adaptations and adopted behaviours.

We are all programmed and shaped — by childhood, past lives, our ancestors, global patterns — and we do not live our fullest potential. And often we only realise after releasing how much freer it feels. How much lighter it becomes to take on things that felt stuck before. Simply magical.

"Dein innerer Zwilling — Varnished Twin"
Here too I worked with aspects of the mirror image. The viewer stands before it and is invited to find themselves within it. Varnished Twin, you ask? Yes — it exists. We mostly work with the inner child and forget the twin, which almost all of us carry. Yet in its influence on our daily doing — or not doing — it is often even more powerful than the inner child.

No mirrors needed here — only you and your consciousness. Clear, lovingly connected in constant communication. Even when you don't notice it. How does it feel to see yourself this way? For me it holds a protective quality. While working on this piece, I felt safe and held. Yes — it was the same feeling as when I invite my Spirit Guide into my energy field. We are all one with them.
