scope
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business transactions of ENLIGHTYOURSOUL, the art of transformation, Karin Thurnes, with our customers. They apply for the duration of the business relationship. Upon placing the order, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing in advance.
Obligation of the client (coachee/client) to cooperate
The coaching takes place on the basis of the preparatory discussions held between the parties. It is based on cooperation and mutual trust. I would like to point out that coaching is a free, active and self-responsible process and that certain successes cannot be guaranteed. The coach supports the client as a process companion and supporter with decisions and changes - the actual change work is carried out by the client. The client should therefore be willing and open to deal with themselves and their situation. Similarly, the requirements for the client apply to advice, services and training and trainer work.
Scope of the order and conditions
The scope of the order and the detailed objectives are recorded in a separate agreement. At the beginning of a process, "ENLIGHTYOURSOUL, the art of transformation, Karin Thurnes" clarifies the respective expectations of the coaching together with the client (company customer or representative), the client (coachee) and possibly the client's superior. The hourly rates vary between CHF ...— and ...— (depending on the effort and type of coaching). These are listed on the website.
“ENLIGHTYOURSOUL, the art of transformation, Karin Thurnes,” usually issues invoices after the service has been completed, payable within 15 days. Coaching packages and/or all-inclusive offers are due within 20 days of the start of the coaching or all-inclusive offer.
Cancellation conditions / cancellation costs
Coaching sessions:
A free cancellation of the coaching session is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, The fee will then be due in full.
confidentiality
To maintain unlimited confidentiality from third parties about all of the client's operational, business and private matters that become known in the course of the activity, even after the termination of the contract.

Copyright, Terms of Use
The copyright to all documents, concepts, drafts and other materials created by “ENLIGHTYOURSOUL, the art of transformation, Karin Thurnes” as part of the service remains with “ENLIGHTYOURSOUL, the art of transformation, Karin Thurnes”.
Liability
This activity is purely a service activity. Success is neither guaranteed nor owed. Any liability is excluded. All participants are insured personally or through their employer.
Insurance coverage
Coachees do not have insurance coverage through “ENLIGHTYOURSOUL, the art of transformation, Karin Thurnes”.
Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Aarau. Swiss law applies.
Final provision
If individual provisions of the contract with the client, including these General Terms and Conditions, are or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. The completely or partially ineffective regulation should be replaced by a regulation whose economic success comes as close as possible to that of the ineffective one.
