The 8 Minute Neuro Code Reset™ (8MNCR™) is a precise, science-based method for releasing limiting beliefs and emotional blockages stored in the subconscious mind.
It integrates findings from neuroscience, epigenetics, and energy medicine to neutralize old patterns and anchor new, coherent neural codes.

The 8MNCR™ operates through three main Mechanismus:

Somatic Integration (Bilateral Stimulation and Havening)
Alternating, rhythmic tapping or soothing touch on both sides of the body synchronizes both hemispheres of the brain.
